市面上的超聲波清洗機，大多數(shù)頻率在40~50kHz左右，這個頻率階段是最中庸的頻段，契合絕大多數(shù)場景的運用。可是正式因為這個頻段運用最多，導(dǎo)致振子（即換能器）的質(zhì)量紛歧。而具有高頻（100kHz左右）或許低頻（25kHz）頻段的超聲波清洗機，其振子質(zhì)量相對較好，尤其某些雙頻的機器，其振子必定優(yōu)于單頻的機器。所以在選購時，條件答應(yīng)的話，能夠優(yōu)先挑選雙頻的機器，然后根據(jù)被清洗物挑選高頻仍是低頻。

Most ultrasonic cleaning machines on the market operate at frequencies around 40-50 kHz, which is the most moderate frequency range and suitable for the vast majority of applications. 功率越高，清洗效果越好，這是毋庸置疑的。可是過高的功率會對被清洗物有所腐蝕，所以功率太大了也不好。那么應(yīng)該怎樣挑選呢？其實部分廠家也考慮到了這一點，所有，有的清洗機設(shè)備是能夠自行調(diào)整超聲功率的，1%~99%可調(diào)。帶有功率可調(diào)功用的設(shè)備，條件答應(yīng)的話盡量往大功率的買。

聽聲響，是指聽設(shè)備作業(yè)時的聲響。理論上來說，超聲波是人耳聽不到的聲響，可是在實踐中，超聲波清洗機是會發(fā)出必定的噪音的，這是由于各種原因造成的。當兩款設(shè)備，原料基本相同，功率和頻率也相一起，哪一個的噪音小，闡明質(zhì)量比較好。原因是：

振子作業(yè)時不是100%處于超聲頻段的，好的振子處在超聲頻段的時刻較多，噪音就小。

噪音小，闡明資料之間的密封性好，也就是制作工藝要求比較高，這樣的設(shè)備愈加耐用。
