目前在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中許多金屬工件經(jīng)切削加工后普遍會產(chǎn)生局部或部分毛刺,這些毛刺如果不被去掉將會造成許多不必要的麻煩。比如液壓閥體和氣動零件上的毛刺和脫落的金屬粉末,一旦進入液壓或風動系統(tǒng)中將會產(chǎn)生嚴重的紊流或非層流,導致過濾器或管道堵塞;而在切削過程中,毛刺若墊在零件的基面上將會嚴重影響加工精度。目前,世界上在去毛刺技術(shù)有了很大的發(fā)展,高壓水射流技術(shù)是近些年日趨發(fā)展成熟的一項新型清洗技術(shù),該技術(shù)具有投資少、易于實現(xiàn)自動化,環(huán)保無污染等優(yōu)點。使用高壓清洗機去除毛刺既柔和又徹底,人工不能處理或很難處理的地方都可以輕松清理掉。目前較多企業(yè)還使用人工清洗來去除毛刺,費時又費力,使用高壓清洗機進行清洗作業(yè)就可輕松解決這一難題。

At present, many enterprises still use manual cleaning to remove burrs, which is time-consuming and laborious. 高壓清洗機去毛刺技術(shù)的原理是利用高壓泵把水加壓,再通過高壓管路到達高壓噴嘴,然后以扇形或錐形等形狀噴射出去,利用高壓水射流強大的沖擊力作用在零件上,以達到去除毛刺的效果。
