1、冬季放水：冬季來臨前，應(yīng)將水泵和水管內(nèi)的水放空，以防凍裂。我國北方一般嚴(yán)冬不再施工，故在施工結(jié)束后，就立即將水泵及水管內(nèi)的水排空，以防后患。

1. Winter water release: Before the arrival of winter, the water in the water pump and pipes should be emptied to prevent freezing and cracking. In northern China, construction is generally not carried out in severe winter, so after the construction is completed, the water in the water pump and pipe should be immediately drained to prevent future problems.

2、停車掛檔：無論是在吸水前，還是在作業(yè)前，取力裝置掛檔都必須在停車時進(jìn)行。

3、加引水：離心泵每次吸水前，必須向水泵內(nèi)加入一定量的引水，加完后必須關(guān)閉加水口。水泵*次使用時，需要加引水，以后則不必再加引水。

3. Adding water: Before each suction of the centrifugal pump, a certain amount of water must be added to the pump, and after adding, the water inlet must be closed. When using the water pump * times, it is necessary to add water, and there is no need to add water in the future.

4、對水源的要求：當(dāng)高壓清洗機(jī)利用河溝、池塘作為水源時，注意吸水管端部全部沒入水中。為避免吸入石塊或較多的泥沙、漂雜物，吸水管端部一般設(shè)有過濾裝置，吸水時嚴(yán)禁將過濾裝置拆下。如果水源較淺，需要事先將吸水處挖深一些，以保證不含有雜物及不進(jìn)空氣。

4. Requirement for water source: When the high-pressure cleaning machine uses rivers, ditches, and ponds as water sources, pay attention to completely submerging the end of the suction pipe into the water. To avoid inhaling stones or large amounts of sediment and debris, a filtering device is generally installed at the end of the suction pipe. It is strictly prohibited to remove the filtering device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the suction point in advance to ensure that there are no impurities or air intake.

5、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：清洗機(jī)貯水箱設(shè)有排污管，該管的進(jìn)口為水箱的zui低點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過一段時間的使用，應(yīng)定期打開排污管開關(guān)，將罐內(nèi)積存的雜物排除，直到水變清為止。

5. Maintenance: The water storage tank of the cleaning machine is equipped with a drain pipe, and the inlet of this pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the drain switch should be turned on regularly to remove any debris accumulated in the tank until the water becomes clear.

6、進(jìn)水管必需要真空：吸水時進(jìn)水管系統(tǒng)必須保持一定的真空度,才能將水吸入箱內(nèi)。進(jìn)水管系統(tǒng)務(wù)必要密封可靠，軟管不能破損，硬管不能有裂紋，否則將產(chǎn)生漏氣現(xiàn)象，也就造成吸不上水的情況。

6. The inlet pipe must require vacuum: When absorbing water, the inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum in order to suck water into the box. The inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably, the hose must not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise there will be air leakage, which will result in the inability to suction water.
